Biography
Sharmin Shishir has completed her PhD at the age of 28 years from Hokkaido University, Japan. She is now a postdoctoral researcher at University of Toyama Center for Far Eastern Studies. She is now conducting research on the impactes of river morphology on riparian ecosystems and landuse changes of five major reivers in Toyama. Also detecting the chronological changes at the agiculture sector of Russia and Chinese border and its impacts on economy. She has published more than 5 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an reviewer and editorial board member of reputed journals
